“I have worked alongside Livi for a while as a Les Mills instructor and have always been so impressed with her lifestyle so when I saw she was providing nutrition services I jumped straight on it! I was looking for guidance on the level of protein I needed for my lifestyle and also how I could try and beat those sugar cravings. Liv did a great job, she provided me with a very personalised and simple meal plan which included many vegetarian options and also some great recommendations for protein powders, snacks and electrolytes. “I reached out to Liv for help as I began training for my first ultra-trail run. She took me through not only what I needed to do on the day but also how I could change up my day-to-day nutrition to meet my body’s needs. Being a slightly fussy eater, she worked with what I was already doing and made small changes, so it was easy to follow and meant I could actually stick to it. By following her advice I’ve never had to worry about under-fuelling or “hitting the wall” which so many runners do. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any athlete and I definitely will be back for further sessions”

My past experiences with nutritionists were awful but Liv gave me such great advice and the meal plans fit in with my lifestyle and not to mention that they are actually really tasty which makes it a lot easier to stick to it. “I signed on with Livi with the initial focus of getting back into a healthy lifestyle post-Covid lockdowns and feeling better about my nutrition and fitness. Livi worked with my goals of toning up and finding a healthier nutrition base day-to-day, as well as making sure my food would help me achieve my fitness goals.
